Decent place for an old building. The owners are nice and generous in offering help and information. Convenient lotion.

The shower did not work the whole time. That was insane. How do you put your customers at risk of not being to shower.

Comfortable Hotel in convenient location, five minutes walk to train station. The restaurant opens for breakfast and dinner. Helpful hosts. Recommended.

If you're looking for value and location, this is a good stop. We spent one night, it was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than that down to the river and city center. Weather was pleasant during our stay so we were able to close the window which blocked most of the noise. They give you earplugs, so that gives you some idea of potential noise. Check in was fast and easy, front desk person spoke English. Bed was firm and pillows lumpy, room small - typical European. We could hear the neighbor's alarm going off through the wall. Carpet, furnishings, everything a little tired but overall clean. It met our expectations and we were not disappointed with our stay.

We stayed for just one night but we found this hotel to be very pleasant, clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet, 9despite being close to railway) convenient location, only 10 minute walk through a nice park, along the river, to old town, Ulm Munster etc.

Reception staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable, only down side was that it did not have en suite but bathroom was next door to room so ok for a short stay. I stayed at this hotel several years ago but new owners have made a lot of improvements and the hotel is much nicer now. Good communication with them as I needed a late check in. Overall good value for money

Nice hotel with very friemdly staff at a good location

A very pleasant stop. Comfortable, roomy, and service was ok. In very good position in town, for access to sights, cathedral and Danube river.

Very comfortable hotel, just ten minutes walk from Ulm Hauptbanhof. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby, and the reception staff was very helpful with everything. Their breakfast offered a wonderful variety. The footbridge across the Danube is a bit obscure to find -- it requires walking along a gravel footpath that isn't well identified with any directional signs. And I had to prop the room door open to get a cross breeze from the hallway windows.

Friendly staff and great food

This hotel is a hidden gem! Primarily a commercial property but near the station and convenient to the center of town. Family owned and staffed, friendly, and with a great Mediterranean restaurant. Will visit again.

It might have been a good stay otherwise... But two things killed it. The primary problem is that the ventilation in the room doesn't seem to exist. It was a spell of +30C hot weather and the room was a wannabe sauna. The second problem was that the WiFi reception was skimpy and (when you position youself to get good wifi reception) internet connectivity was still slowish and breaking up.
