Pros: clean room, comfortable bed, fast check in, nice receptionist, near Berlin hbf, near bus halte, near tram halte, near you bahn halte, shower with different area so bathroom is still dry, beautiful scenery outside, easy to go to airport with bus, fast free WiFi. Cons: -

Just 1 min walk to the station, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies and lots of food options. Safe and convenient. The room doesn’t have a fridge but as the supermarket is so close by I just get fresh food from there everyday. Coffee machine in the lobby. Friendly staff. Efficient housekeeping

The location is great, right across Berlin Hbf! The Reichstag was only a few minutes away. The room was clean! The water in the shower was nice and warm! But I can't adjust the showerhead and it's directed towards the wall so I had to remove it from it's holder and hold it. But it's not a big deal to me. Air-conditioning worked great!

The rooms are small. Shower tub is narrow. There is no fridge in the room. Wi-fi works well, the windows are super sound proof. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety. Over all I was a good stay for a 2 night trip. It is right across the main train station. A perfect location.

It provided clean, basic accommodation. Our room was small with no coffee or fridge, but had everything else that we needed. They also had bikes we could rent for 14 euros per day. That was very convenient, and we used them for two days

It was a very hot day. The temperature in hotel reception area was OK but we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. It was a bit cooler if you opened the window but it was then very noisy.
The hotel was very close to the station and easy to find.

Rooms are tiny, but clean. No luggage rack in room and no floor space to open so have to use the bed. One member of the hotel staff was incredibly rude during check in, older gentleman. Younger woman with him was apologetic for his behavior and kind. VERY convenient to train and tram.

Room was clean and space well utilized. Breakfast had great variety - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, weiners, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yogurt, waffles, variety of bread and pastries. Also had a variety of drinks. Location is fantastic and view from room was great.
