Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel und alles war gut . Die Lage ist Super

Bad war schick, aber zu dunkel. Zimmer konnte nicht temperiert werden, die Fenster waren nicht wirklich dicht und Wasser stand zwischen den Scheiben, die Dichtungsgummis waren schimmlig, der Boden hatte anscheinend mal einen Wasserschaden gehabt und kam an manchen Stellen hoch. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Front desk was very courteous and told us upon check in that housekeeping will not clean the rooms daily to help the environment, unless we requested it. It was very good because we were able to manage expectations. The room was spotless but amenities are lacking (lotion, shampoo).

Nice location and very central. Much better than staying right next to the train station.

I had a good two-day stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and competent. Location can’t be beat within easy walking distance of the Opera House, Königstrasse (the main shopping area), the harbor and the Harbour. On the negative side, my room was located on the third floor (second in Germany) directly on top of the entrance and it was very noisy until 1am, caused by cats parked in front of the hotel for no reason and blasting their speakers. Someone should do something about it.

the staff are the best, but the room conditions are really bad, noisy i could hear everything on the street as well as the window shades blocks nothing

Hotel is OK, but rooms old and have no AC.. in the night you need to open to window to freshen the room and it is very loud!

I’m a diamond member, I was not greeted as a member when I showed my membership. I was not offered any perks upon my check in. I had paid in advance for the room and breakfast (I was always given a free breakfast in the United States due to my Diamond status) but was initially told I had to pay for and was charged for breakfast. Finally the receptionist said she had made a mistake and refunded my credit card charge for breakfast. This ordeal really put a rain cloud over my overall experience and made my stay most unpleasant. I had to leave a day early (I was not refunded for the charge) and asked that I receive all points associated with my stay, I have not received my points for my 2 day hotel payment as of today. My Wyndham rewards # is: 174679873F I hope other customers had a better experience than me.

The only thing that wasn't to my taste, the over cooked Bacon for breakfast. Apart from that a very nice Hotel especially for the price 😁

Terrific hotel. Stayed here for 2 weeks during the Euros and couldn’t have been happier! Super quiet yet really close to the train station and main shopping area of Duisburg. This was my 2nd visit and I fully expect it won’t be my last.

Good location closer to railway station. Room small and hot, couldn't change temperature on air conditioning. Also only tiny desk, difficult to work on. Very slow WiFi.

The staff were excellent. And even stored our luggage as we arrived early
