The hotel is clean. Cozy. Just what u need. Good staff. Great breakfast . As an expedia platinum member we got a free room upgrade in addition to 2 bottles of wine. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on arrival and our room was ready around 1. Pm and they kept it until 1 p.m on check out. I liked the hotel and will be visiting it again soon..

It was my first visit at the Pan and I would go back ASAP when in Athens, the location is my favourite, the staff and front desk people were all excellent. The rooms were comfortable considering the price point. I even had a terrace on a high floor.Wi-fi was great as was the A/C. The computer safe and mini refrigerator were a bonus.Great place. I will be back

Clean Room.Very friendly staff, especially Ivan and ladies who prepare breakfast were very kind. Breakfast was delicious. I recommended who everyone 100%. There are the best !

Probably I was given the worst room ( 401) and others look and feel better. ..But I stayed for 1 night and being stranded in Athens after a flight cancellation was NOT a great time to request a room change etc. But honestly my room looks like a storage or broom cupboard with assortment of broken floor scales, forgotten blankets tucked on the high shelf, oldest shower curtain that was hanging oblong cracked water taps etc etc....it was all awful. Probably I could ask for a room change but I decided to let it go simply being tired. As an Expedia silver member I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine as a perk. It didn't happen. They simply forgot about it. Next morning though a reception staff apologized for that but it was late of course. The positive side: I asked for the late checkout and it was provided til 1 pm. Breakfast was simple and basic although the lady running the breakfast area was really nice and hospitable.

Unbeatable location in the middle of everything. Hotel is in need of some cosmetic updates. Breakfast room is small, variety of fruits and veggies is recommended. Ivan on reception was a great help. He gave us a valuable information about the surrounding and tried to help every way possible. We would stay there again for its location, price and the level of service.
