Nice hotel in a very good location, close to the action. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

tighter then expected but was good for the short stay. easy access and great customer service. Liked the central location to sights

The hotel has a fantastic location, right beside the river and the Great market hall. Easy walking distance from all of the main sites and shopping areas. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern and the room had all amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels each day. The hotel was everything we were expecting. The reason I have rated four star Rather than five star is due to lack of smiles from reception staff. Before travelling to Hungary, we did read that Hungarians can be quite stoic by nature however if working in hospitality, especially on the front desk of a hotel, knowing people have paid a lot of money from their hard earned wages to travel there, a smile is not too much to expect. We asked for a teabag one evening and we’re told no, we would need to wait for housekeeping in the morning. I have never been declined a teabag at any hotel before so this was novel. It didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay… We went to the supermarket and bought our own box of teabags. There are teabags supplied in the rooms however they were fruit teas rather than black tea. This is a recommendation I would make to the hotel that you keep a small supply of extra teabags or coffee sachets at the front reception for people who would like an additional drink when they return to their room late at night otherwisewe had a wonderful time in Budapest and would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room were lovely and spotless, with towels changed daily and a new bottle of water every day.

Excellent value for money; central location on quiet street; room and public areas are spotlessly clean; very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Recent visit was my fourth and will continue to return.
