Vitta Hotel Superior

Room was specious and clean, bed was comfortable and had a wonderfull sleep. Quiet and relaxing within walking distance to city links and a nice walk into the center if you dont mind it. Bar and reception staff where friendly and extreamly helpful.

Was good for the price

Fast checkin, place to put my bicycle, friendly staff, breakfast was really good, including scrambled eggs, not overcooked.

Everything and Everyone was great, especially the manager was so kind that our family was happy with the hotel.

Good place, reasonable prices, friendly staff

The breakfast provided was excellent. There was a shop called Penny's that had a small supermarket that had your essential needs. The staff was friendly. We were about 20 minutes to 25 minutes away from many of the excercursions we wanted to see. There was a gym available, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There are buses and metro train stops nearby, but I traveled with taxi during my stay. Hopefully, it would be a good improvement if there could be a way to do laundry at the hotel.

This was a mid-priced hotel. The staff was extremely kind. The rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom. The bath was mostly clean, but this is clearly an older property. It uses a one-pipe system for HVAC, so there is either heat or air. We were there in October, so it was nice outside, but once we had to close the window for sleep, the room again became warm and stuffy. Breakfast in the morning was more than suitable….several hot items as well as pastries and breads. In all, this was what we needed at a good value, but I probably wouldn’t want to stay here for a long visit.

The hotel is not worth the money spent. With little extra you can stay in Marriott kind where you get better comfort. The breakfast options were very limited and very poor service. Rooms were cramped. The hotel is in outskirts. Overall thumbs down

Overall it was good, but I noticed two problems. 1st. our room was positioned towards the Boulevard and it was loud. 2nd. the cleaning in the bathroom was not very well done, it should be done more carefully out of respect for the visitors,

The manager Andrea was very nice and upgrade our room with no extra cost , she fill in all the expectations.

Far from city center but close to metro station. Clean small convenient hotel. Sufficient for a city visit.

The room was hot due to Air Con not operating. The bathroom sink had a number of cracks on it, the shower base was very grubby & the veneer on the toilet seat was peeling off it. When I plugged in my charger for my phone, the electricity in the room blew, so we had to get assistance from reception. Once reset, none of the sockets worked. They did offer us a change of room, however by that point we were really tired from the journey & also had unpacked.

Die Zimmer könnten sauberer sein, besonders das Badezimmer. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

Çalısanlar (özellikle Azize hanım) çok yardımseverdi. Oda, kahvaltı ve diğer imkanlar yeterliydi.

En general no recomiendo el hotel, los chicos de la recepción fueron amables y atentos pero la habitación estuvo sucia, no hay aire acondicionado, las chicas de limpieza solo iban a tender la cama, no limpiaban el baño y no sacaban la basura.
