Great service and ambience

My stay at Westin for 5 nights was excellent. While the property is good, the staff is what makes the difference. Everyone that I interacted with at the hotel wants to make sure I am comfortable & taken care of. Truly amazing staff at Westin and would say the best I have seen recently. The food options were great, the amenities were useful especially the pool and spa areas. I would definitely recommend this place and will likely stay there once I am back in town.

Very pleasant stay. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly attitude. Good breakfast for international guests. I was feeling very safe and secure environment.

Everything was excellent. The Manager forgot his name he was Punjabi Singh. He gave us excellent service constantly checking us through out our 5 day stay. But breakfast menu is missing the taste that need to be improved.

Superb stay.. the location, property, rooms, restaurants, facilities are par excellent. The hotel offers one of the best breakfast. The team managing the breakfast is one of the best teams ever seen in 38 years of travel. I must mention names of Chef Sanjeev, Chef Rajesh Singh and Chef Surya Kant for managing their teams on live counter and service team for giving great experience. The front desk led by Subashish was excellent. The overall stay and experience is absolutely great 👍

Overall a bad experience.

Firstly i would like to start with mosquitoes in the room, followed by temp control (system seems from 1947 or so). On top.of all these i tried their buffet and the quality of food was so cheap and stale. They play music in the lobby so loud and in thebodd hours which can be heard in the room. Overall i wouldn't stay again there and please do get carried away by theor 9.0 rating and the toom pictures. Except for the prompt service rest all is not worth the stay.

On checkin I got a room that looked like a 3 star hotel room, run down. But after containing front desk got a better room on 21st floor, which was still below 5 star standards. In terms of hospitality, was about 3 star, no where near the Oberoi or Trident level 5 star hospitality. An example, in breakfast buffet I had asked for a cup of filter coffee for my desk right in front of the counter. Did not get it after 10 mins, went back again asked for it, still did not get it after 10 more minutes. Next time I said I will take and go, the guy at the counter took his time and then said I am out of coffee with a giant smile on his face. I had to ask him why do I have to come and ask 3 times and still not get the coffee? Then his smile turned upside down as if I had scolded him, while I simply asked a simple question. What I felt is this property is at best a 4 star in terms of the amenities, and hospitality is no where near that of a 4 star, while this hotel tries to portray itself as a 5 star.
