Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

We had a very nice stay in the guesthouse. The owner can speak English. She is very helpful and accommodating. She recommended a restaurant/coffee shop where you can eat and drink. Also, she recommended some beautiful places to visit nearby with detailed instructions. The place is very relaxing. The room and toilet are clean with a hot/cold shower. Each area/level is provided with a place to dine in with a hot/cold water dispenser, cups and plates. I have forgotten to take some photos but what you see is what you get from the site posted. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. Unfortunately their cafe was closed so you couldn't have a late night snack delivered to your room. Victoria Boutique Residence
The staff was very helpful when we needed some utensils and very polite in answering our questions, though we couldn't solve the problem. The problem was we thought the room would have good air circulation and natural light (from the pictures on online booking), but turned out the only window is facing the corridor, so not much air circulation and the light was only from the lighting installed in the room.
