What Guests Say About Their Stay

The apartment was clean ans safe for coming in and out. The reason why ir deserve 5 stats is because of the staff. They are very weloming and helpful for any questions. The reviews on Google are awful but my stay was great for 4 nights. The only down side is that there is no AC for the summer but luckily the weather made the rooms fresh to sleep.

Lots of storage, huge shared kitchen, walkable from the Quays & Brazenhead Pub. Would stay there again 👍

An excellent stay, and the location is within walking distance of Heuston Station, the Guinness Brewery, the airport coach pickups, the River Liffey and primary tourist attractions like Christ Church, Trinity College and St.Patrick's. I had requested an early check in, and when I arrived all was ready and the designated key available at the desk. I had the room with ensuite bathroom. The room itself is tiny - it is a student hostel, after all - but the common area for the apartments is generous, and has all the amenities (fridge, hob, toaster, microwave, TV) and a collection of utensils and cutlery. Like many places in Europe, no fan and no air-conditioning, which can make it a bit uncomfortable deign peak summer (end June / July). Staff is polite, friendly, and produces required items (towels, sheets, electric iron) readily when requested. If you're not going to hang around your room all day, and mostly require a place to sleep, this is a great choice. A little expensive for travellers from South Asia, where the exchange rate to the Euro pinches our pockets a bit - but pays for itself in lots of other little ways.

This is basically student accommodation/hostel and is barely suitable for two adults. In fact, the towels provided were only for one person. The bed is a queen sized and the mattress was pointless. No aircon and you can open the window but only very slightly. Location was good for Guinness tour and about 20 minute walk to city centre. Taxis are a must at night as the local users seem to like hanging around in the park opposite. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers or women.

Online this property looked to be centrally located to explore Dublin. However, the check in process very slow and not helpful, the rooms and hallways were dirty, rooms were extremely hot with no options for open windows or fans and the elevator kept breaking down meaning luggage had to be moved 6 flights up and down. This student residence was described much differently than our experience and very expensive for what we received.

The room is very “compact” but reasonably sized for one person, would be small but adequate for a couple. I had smaller for two elsewhere in the past. Was very clean, nice shower. Bed would be tight but ok for two people. Didn’t use the kitchen. No tv or AC but the weather wasn’t too warm and cooled off at noght so the very small opening of the window and small fan made it comfortable at night. Very helpful staff, they were great and very accommodating. Would have taken my luggage in storage early but allowed me to check in early as my room was ready.

This was a decent spot for my partner and I. The staff was friendly and let us keep our luggage with them before check in which was huge. The room was overall clean and tiny, but enough for a couple sharing a bed. There was no AC which made it quite hot, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Great location!

it was nice for a short stay, there were no fans available and a window that had limited air circulation so it was difficult to go to sleep without feeling really hot. but other than that nice enough. there was no bin so we had to use a bag we got during the day.

Check-in was easy, building and room secure and as advertised. Kitchen with fridge etc but need to take all own supplies even coffee/sugar. Very hot when we were there and no fan. Floor and bathroom a bit dirty. Area not the nicest BUT good budget accommodation if looking for a cheap base for a few nights

Room is boiling hot, lift was out of order, no rubbish bin in the room, you are provided with only one small towel. No sound isolation at all, birds were screaming all night and the neighborhood was very noise till 3am. You are basically on your own.
