great proximity to airport, shuttle was very convenient, not a lot of dining options close. other than that was as expected.

A very convenient option for those needing to stay near the airport. We came by car and enjoyed the free parking and nearby petrol stayion, but they also run a shuttle service for a nominal fee and with advance notice. The facility was clean, convenient, and professionally staffed. We did not stay for breakfast, but it was offered for a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was horrible, dirty, and unclean. We stayed for one night and there were ants eating crumbs from previous people. There were yellow stains on the sheets. When we asked for new clean sheets, they also had stains. And we got bed bugs. Do not stay here at all. It's a far walk from the airport and in the middle of nowhere and truly disgusting and unhygienic. We ending up sleeping on our towels because the sheets were so bad.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our early morning flight from Milan Malpensa Airport. We arrived around 11 PM and only needed a clean and comfortable room to get some rest before our 9 AM flight. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed cockroaches crawling around. We went to the reception to report the issue, expecting at least to be offered another room. Instead, the staff member simply came to the room, picked up the cockroaches with a piece of paper, and did not offer any solution or room change. For a hotel near an international airport, cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority. Finding cockroaches in the room was unacceptable, especially when we were tired and had an early flight the next morning. We would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

Extra charges for the hotel shuttle and breakfast were annoying. Otherwise, nice hotel

Very helpful staff and convenient location to the airport. They provide a shuttle service from and to the airport and really make sure you know where to go …. The room was nice and comfortable and the AC was working great!

Bathroom was discusting. Need updating really bad. I didn’t want to take shower in the tiny stand in shower. There was mold all around. Restaurant environment didnt look appealing to eat there. I was trying to contact the hotel to have them pick us up from the train station but no one answered the phone I texted via Expedia messaging system but no reply. Find a different hotel.

I thought the room and property were great! I just didn’t understand why they charged us for the shuttle to & from, in America shuttles from hotels are most times free. Other than that very nice accommodations!

It was quiet.

We had a pleasant stay. The shuttle from the airport is very convenient we arrived at 1am midnight and the minibus came in 10mins. The drive was 5mins from the airport. It was also very helpful to take it back in the morning to pickup the rental. Plenty of space for parking too. Stuff were very polite and helpful even at midnight. The room was clean and air condition worked perfectly in the heat.

Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Called to have them looked at but no one came in time. The a/c kept shutting off during the night . I emailed for the shuttle to pick me up from the train station multiple times but they didn’t show up. When I arrived at the property in a taxi the front desk man said” oh I was about to send the shuttle”
