Hotel Milu Florence

Very nice staff very welcoming. And it feel like you leave in a museum !

Couldn’t ask for anything further to make our stay in Florence better. Great location and amenities and the staff were super friendly!

We love florence, and the location of this hotel is awsome, walkable, clean, just in the middle of everything.

My wife and I were very impressed by the accommodations, location, and the many conveniences included with the stay at Milu. The room was nice/clean. Breakfast was nice with pastries, fruit, yogurt, and made to order omelets/pancakes/bacon. The hotel also gave a complimentary prosecco and bottle of red wine. They also stocked the mini fridge with waters/coke/small snacks every day, all complimentary. The location is right in the center, but just west of the busiest parts, so you felt you could be right next to the action but not constantly in it. The staff were very kind and helpful. Can’t say enough positive things about the hotel.

All the hotel staff was beyond amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially Amir at the front desk. The breakfast was well worth the money. The hotel was spotless, smelled wonderful and it was a prime location. I would recommend to stay here to anyone.

Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Milu. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Florence on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few areas where the hotel did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price point and four-star rating. The room was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and the child bed we had requested was not set up and ready when we checked in. While these issues were eventually addressed, it would have been nice to have everything prepared in advance. For the price charged, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and room readiness. The hotel has many strengths, particularly its location and staff, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and preparation for arriving guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we believe the value for money could be better.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean property and great front desk staff. 5th floor bar was very quaint with good views. Excellent location to tour the city on foot. 5 stars across the board

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location. Steps from everything but on a nice street. We had the room with a terrace which made it very special. The breakfast was lovely with friendly staff. Just check the size of the room you choose as ours was small. Very comfortable bed and great shower! All in all, a welcoming hotel in a great location.

The hotel Milu was fantastic! The rooms were nice and clean, the best was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location right now to the water but also very walkable to all the things you would want to do.
