The hotel and room were lovely, quiet cute street. The staff were friendly and helpful!
The only downside was there was only one outlet in the entire room which was at the far end of the room and standard conversion plugs do not work, so I ended up using my power bank the entire time.

We are from Canada and stayed here was great a bit outside of the chaos of the central area of Verona but a 5 minute walk to the arena would recommend to any English travlers in Italy beautiful spot great helpful staff very quiet hotel

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and helpful. we didn't try the breakfast. Would have liked to be able to make coffee in the room, but a vending machine in the lobby worked pretty well. Room temperature was comfortable despite very hot weather. Location convenient to train station and l'arena.

This is a lovely hotel. Not far from all the sights and some brilliant restaurants on the same street. Breakfast was great. My only negative comment is, don't advertise a garden if it's only open for breakfast.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the main sites, but far enough away to be quiet. Friendly staff, and comfortable stay. Excellent ice cream shop and good restaurants nearby. Would be happy to stay there again

I enjoyed this hotel, not too far from the station but we did take a taxi to it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but the bed was a tad too long so got in the way of the door to the bathroom, but we managed.
Verona is an awesome place to visit as well, I will go back

I did'have breakfast, but I requested a glass with ice and the front desk lady said she could not provide any ice and sent me to a bar next door. It was not nice from a perspective of a good customer service.

Really well located, close to the train station and the sights and at a reasonable price.
The hotel is modern and comfortable, staff are super-friendly and helpful, The room had everything one might look for, clean and comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and the electric shutters are a nice touch, block out all the light.
The breakfast was good too, nice choices and decent coffee. All in all a good hotel!

10 mins walk from the station and short walk to old town. Some good restaurants close by. Very helpful staff with good english. Comfortable bed and room made up. Breakfast is in a light airy dining room with outside seating. There was a good choice of foids and drinks.
The room was a bit on the small side but otherwise all good and good value for money.
