We stayed at Serenusa village with our two children, the hotel is lovely but check in was a shambles and took almost two hours, all inclusive was certainly not all inclusive as I know it and all the entertainment was in Italian only.

Esperienza molto deludente, struttura sopravvalutata Ho soggiornato in questo resort pagando una cifra decisamente alta rispetto ai servizi offerti. La ristorazione è stata una delusione: cibo di massa e di qualità scadente. Nota ancor più grave la gestione della privacy: alle 8 del mattino un'addetta delle pulizie è entrata nella mia stanza senza bussare, solo perché munita di pass, per cercare una culla. Trovo inaccettabile che il personale entri nelle camere degli ospiti senza preavviso o senza sincerarsi che la stanza sia vuota. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato

Struttura bellissima, mare mediocre, cibo pessimo con grandi ammucchiata nella sala ristorante dove i tavoli erano attaccati. Buona l'animazione o meglio gli spettacoli serali. Non mi ha lasciato emozioni, lo sconsiglierei vivamente.

Struttura bella, tutto nuovo, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Tuttavia sono rimasto deluso dal cibo. Al sapore non era niente di che e 3 persone su 5 hanno avuto gastroenterite. Andrebbe controllata la qualità delle materie prime. La spiaggia non è niente di che, per il tipo di sabbia il mare non è limpido ma tendenzialmente torbido per la sabbia in sospensione, ma su questo la struttura non ci può far nulla. Se cercate spiagge caraibiche andate altrove.
