When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help me deal with being taken advantage of. The shower head didn’t work in the room I moved into, I bought a replacement shower head so I could shower. Then there was no water pressure and the shower didn’t even really work for the last two weeks of my trip and orbitz still wouldn’t do anything to help me deal with the problems I was having. The hotel is so far from anything that it is difficult to get in in out unless your very familiar with Montego Bay and the route taxis. Or spending large amounts of cash on charters. Avoid this hotel stay away from orbitz it isn’t worth the issues and problems you’ll have dealing with either of them

NOTHING WAS THE WAY IT WAS BOOKED.NOT FIRST FLOOR AS I NEEDED,NO AC IN ROOM DID NOT WORK,.SLIDING DOOR TO OUTSIDE BROKEN,NO TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER IN ROOM PUT A REFRIGERATOR IN AT 10 P.M. HAD TO REQUEST IT.WE STAYED THERE ONE NIGHT ONLY NEXT DAY WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL AND PAY $432.00 AGAIN AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED THERE. WE FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE OUR ROOM RATE REFUNDED TO US THANKING YOU ,F.RIVERA

The hotel worker will harass the female guests and try to sleep with them the female will be very uncomfortable if they stay there.... there is one guy who will harass any female weather they are married or not was not a good stay.....

This hotel mane is not Sahara hostel it’s Sahara de la mer. The hotel was extremely dirty and the pictures are old pictures that they have when they first started this hotel. Everything in this hotel is a hazard. They need to fix it before putting it in the market. This hotel was a nice hotel couple years ago not any more. The owner need to sale it to someone who going to fix it for them. The location is great but this place is a hazard no one should be staying in in this hotel until they repair it.
