The room was clean, the space was quite compact, and it had a bathtub, like most hotels in Japan. It was close to Suehirocho Station (Ginza Line). It was close to Ueno and Akihabara. There were many delicious and affordable places to eat. It was close to a convenience store. There was a room cleaning quota, so you couldn't request it every day, but you were always given new towels every day. Overall, everything was very satisfying 👋🏻

the hotel staff is very helpful, the customer's English skills are so-so, the hotel staff can understand it well enough to communicate. the hotel condition is very good and clean. the amenities in the room are also quite complete. suitable for solo travelers like me who need a hotel with good standards of cleanliness and tidiness. the hotel location is very strategic, located between akihabara and ueno

If you need to be gluten free the restaurant here is a life saver. I was traveling without a language skill and having the option to purchase a breakfast ticket at the hotel location was wonderful! Before traveling I did not think I would want on site breakfast but once I was there being able to change my mind was so so helpful!

I've stayed at this hotel many, many times. It's conveniently located close to convenient stores, restaurants and Akihabara. The rooms are small, but I was out exploring much of the time.

Rooms are too small but it's normal for Japan. There were carpets on the floor which were never completely clean. The room was dusty. When I first arrived at the hotel I realized that the towels were extremely dirty. It never happened afterwards though.

Room was nice, air conditioning worked great. Only give you bottles water on the first night but you can drink the water from the sink except it never gets cold. Staff was very nice and they clean the rooms every 3 days but give new towels and yukatas everyday.

We stayed at a few APA hotels during our time in Japan and this one was the least exciting and interesting but it was an ok place to stay. No complaints. The one in Shibuya is nicer and has more amenities.

Room is very small, but has everything. The TV main screen provides helpful information. For the cafe downstairs, you need to buy vouchers first to enjoy a meal if you don't purchase with the room ahead of time. Convenient location, very easy to find. Hotel provides free umbrellas for guests to use. If you have 3 people in your group, better book 1 double and 1 single rooms. Single room was only $10 cheaper for us.

Conveniently located near all the places we would like to visit.
I would have given it a 5 stars, the only thing we don’t like about is the optional paid breakfast, the food wasn’t good.
