I stayed in several APA hotels during my trip to Japan and it wonderful. While the rooms are not large, they’re very efficient. The bed was comfortable and the amenities they provided such as fresh towels daily, small toiletries such as tooth brushes, shower caps, and cotton swabs were so so appreciated and convenient! There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided that I was able to use even with very sensitive skin! This location is quiet, but very well located! The staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me when working through my limited Japanese and there always seemed to be someone on staff who was fluent and able to step in and help if needed. When I come back to Japan, I’ll be staying in an APA property!

Room is hot even if I turn the heat off. Called front desk said no AC said just open the windows. Windows opened but you can hear the noise from cars and people on the street . Did not slept/rested well. I extended 1 night stay same room as our flight was changed. Staff told me they will clean and make up the room . When we get back not clean not made up. Garbage was not disposed. No new towels and sheets .
