What an amazing stay! Super beautiful hotel with the touch of Japanese tradition in so many aspects! Cleanliness is top-notch, friendliness and attentivity of the staff are amazing. Won't think twice to stay there again when I am in Kyoto next time!

It is the perfect hotel, with quite a large room for those staying with a group of 3 persons and a very nice breakfast. Overall very comfortable, just in front of the bus terminal Kyoto station. Surely recommended!

Staying at Hotel Tou Nishinotoin was the highlight of my trip. The staff provided world-class service, being incredibly attentive and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and serene aesthetics. The location is fantastic, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet still very close to the main station and local attractions. If you are looking for a spotless, high-quality stay in Kyoto with exceptional service, this is the place to be. 10/10!

I had a very pleasant stay at Kyoto Tower Hotel Annex. We stayed for several nights, and everything about the experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
The staff were very kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was fairly spacious, and so was the bathroom, which is a nice bonus for hotels in Japan.
One of my favorite parts was the view of Kyoto Tower right from our room—it was beautiful, especially at night. The location is also convenient, within walking distance to Kyoto Station and close to many attractions, yet still in a quiet area.
The amenities were complete, and the price was reasonable considering the quality and comfort offered. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto.

Strategic location (very near to Umekoji-Kyotonishi station which is only 1 stop from Kyoto station). Another facility is the direct link loop bus (Emion Kyoto-Kyoto Station/the Thousand Kyoto) which stops at this hotel and the ticket for this bus is only 100 yen with the discount coupon from the hotel. The room is also spacious, and the toilet and the shower room are separated.
