Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

This is actually a hidden gem, tucked away from the busy city of Osaka. The drug store is just across, Daiso is 1 min away, Lawson also across, and the staff was super helpful.

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.

The hotel amenities are great given that the price/night is low. The rooms are really clean. This is walking distance to Shin-Osaka station around 10 mins walk. It is one train ride away to Osaka Station. We enjoyed our stay here in this hotel.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to Shin Osaka station, yet it is situated in a surprisingly quiet area amidst residential and office buildings which provided a peaceful retreat. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The room quality was also commendable and met all my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.
