The room was large and spacious. The hotel itself in a great area. There are free storage lockers to keep your backs before and after checkout. Staff was kind, check in and out was easy, and the rooms were clean.

A good place to stay, excellent location for Chinatown and some of the churches and port
Good, helpful staff, basic room but good for what we needed. When it rained we could use the laundry.
Only thing, I booked as we had a rental car, a keicar, but the height was only 155m for the car park which I didn't realise so had to find parking elsewhere. Car park opposite was fine but be aware of that if you have a car.

The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff.
There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so.

I stayed for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice city view. The staff were very polite and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My expectations were met in terms of comfort and convenience.
The only downside was that the bed felt a bit small, but it wasn’t a major issue for a short stay.
