Spacious rooms, excellent service, clean. Rooms could use a microwave and some USB outlets. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! The proximity to shopping, the Chōfu train station, and a nice walk to one of the best onsens in the area are also excellent perks. I really like this area and this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

Very clean and comfortable, and staff were very courteous. Rooms could use some more power outlets or a USB power hub for electronic device charging. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very generous with options. Will definitely return here on my next Chōfu visit!

PARCOの8-10階部分がクレストンホテルとなっており、買い物や食事が楽しめる。調布駅が目の前で、電車やタクシー、バスも利用しやすい。朝食も美味しかった。施設は清潔でスタッフの方も対応が良かった。

I used the Creston for 3 night sin August. The hotel itself is fine. The room was large for a Japanese hotel and the location was good (just 2 minutes on foot from the station, right across the street from where the airport shuttle buses stop. The breakfast buffet was very blah, not worth the 1400 yen surcharge. The hotel occupies the top 3 floors of a department store building. There's a Starbucks on the 2nd floor, a Mr. Donuts by the entrance and a swanky supermarket in the basement. Any of those would be a better choice for breakfast.

パルコの上層階にホテルが存在するため、パルコ営業時間帯はエレベーターが来ない。パルコで遊べることのメリットとどう比べるかは利用者の目的によるだろう。
設備がとにかく古いのは問題。今どきの施設にしてはコンセントがあまりに少なすぎる。扉はオートロックにはなっているものの、カードキーではない施設は久しぶりに見た。よってカードキーによるセキュリティ対策が不可能であり、だれでもいつでも宿泊階に来れてしまうのは問題。あと、トイレのサイズに便座が合っておらず、特に男性にはかなり深刻な問題が生じる。

古いホテルのようですがフロントスタッフさんの対応も気持ちよく、快適に過ごせました。商業施設の8階にあり、エレベーターで上がる時に一般客も利用するので待ち時間が少しかかります。

古いし鍵もカードじゃないし浴室は排水口の臭いがする。私はあまり気にしない方なので困りはしませんでした。調布駅直結で動きやすいし、ほどよく清潔で問題なく過ごせました。
パルコのエレベーターで昇降するので、日中は結構なエレベーター待ち時間があります。

パルコの上にあるので買物できて便利でした。
地下の食品もあるし、レストランもあるのでホテルのレストランには行きませんでした。駅近だけど静かだし。
ピューロランド帰りに宿泊して、ゆっくりできました。
翌日は深大寺の鬼太郎茶屋に。
台風の影響がなかったら、もう少し楽しめたかなと思います。
