The location is strategic, close to a 7/11 minimarket, near Nakajima Park, and near a tram stop. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot to the nearest station. The room is spacious enough for three adults with three large suitcases, and the facilities are very complete. Highly recommended accommodation when visiting Sapporo.

５日間宿泊させていただきました。すぐそばの駐車場も安価で駐めれて良かったです。
途中掃除機を掛けようと思ったのですが、排気が強くて、吸い取りたい髪が散乱するのと、掃除機の中のゴミが沢山入っていたのが気になりましたね。あと、お風呂ドアのの黒カビと。
その他は、ベッドも快適でとても良かったです。洗濯と部屋干し出来るのが最高でした！扇風機かけておけば、結構乾きました。
クイックルワイパー置いて欲しいなと思いました。

思った以上に綺麗で、ゆっくりできました。一階にはコンビニがあり、便利でした。商業施設はないエリアなので，静かに過ごせます。
