The location is very strategic, you can find restaurants and convenience stores nearby—besides it being so close to the city's shopping center and main station. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hotel is located near Hakata station (the largest and busiest station in Fukuoka), which houses KITTE mall and OIOI, and is only 2 stations away from the airport. Next to the hotel is an office building with a 7-Eleven, and it's only a couple of minutes' walk to Canal City mall, home to the Gundam museum/store. The location is very convenient for getting around, being close to the CBD area, station, and bus stops. While the room is very small, it's extremely clean and modern. We recommend packing light and bringing smaller suitcases. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return!

Frequent traveller to Japan and spent 2 nights here so I could attend the National Sumo competition. Location was very good close to Hakata JR station, the subway and (if you like shopping) Canal City. Room was excellent and appeared to be fairly new. The adjoining cafe has been recently rebranded and was a bit pricey for breakfast and other dining options. However there is a combini store very close and also a Matsuya curry house if you are after some cheap eats (which I am).

The hotel location is conveniently located close to Hakata station, about a 12 minute walk and the hotel staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. I am 5’1” and my knees touched the wall when I sat down on the toilet. There is also an emergency light that turns on when you walk near it located at the entrance/bathroom. I found this very annoying since I shared the room with my hubby and every time we had to go in and out of the bathroom, the light would turn on and stayed like that for 3 minutes.

We stayed for one night. Check-in was great and staff was courteous. Room was clean but a bit on the warmer side. Had no idea how to control the temperature. Bed was comfy but pillows we found uncomfortable. Great location and suit our needs just fine. Will stay again.

This was great for budget accommodations. I got a single room, it was small, but I just needed a place for a night and only for myself.
The location was great, too. Very close to Canal City and a short walk to Hakata station.
Staff was very friendly, check in was quick. Curtains kept a lot of light out, a/c worked great. Shower was quite small.

Room is very small, bed is small but very clean. Staff are very helpful & pleasant. Located very close to Canal City. Lots of eatery within reach. 10 mins walk to JR Hakata City which housed JR Hakata Station & shopping malls. Court Hotel is thus well located for travellers.
If bed is bigger with better mattress & pillows, Court Hotel would be an excellent place to stay in. Personally, I view a good night sleep as very important because my wife and I do lots of walking when we are travelling.
