I like everything. The staff are very professional. They are very approachable, polite and kind. They are very organize. The facilities are very clean and high technology.
Everything I need in the room is there.The food is excellent. There are so many options, specially the breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend it.
Choose Hilton yokohama hotel and you will not regret it. Thank you so much to all the staff. I will definitely come back again.

We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!

Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near a convenience store and other amenities.
Almost next to the Anpanman Museum, a 3-minute walk away.
Also, it's a 15-minute walk to Yokohama Station.
Ocean Milano restaurant was quite fancy, and the food was delicious.
