No control of the temperature is the big problem. The room is hot but couldn't tune down the temperature.

Good option in Kurume. Nothing to complain about the room, and there was parking. Good value - would stay again

Hotel is absolutely fine. But it is away from everything. Best to have a car if you stay here but it’s my fault for not researching the area and amenities so no fault of the hotel itself

We found this hotel to be in a convenient location to Tosu train and bus station. There is a a convenience store nearby and the shopping centre is near the train and bus station. This is a car hire nearby. The hotel has tea and coffee available in the loby and a microwave near the lift on our floor. We had a double room, it is small but we were only there for sleeping. There isn't any cups or tea and coffee in the room, even though there is a kettle. We went and bought two tea cups as we like a cuppa in the morning and night. Over all we had an enjoyable stay and will be back on our way home.

Only factories around the hotel. Food of the breakfast buffet is just ok.

Everything is good, very reasonable price, shame, a bit far from the station, n room is tiny little too small

Hotel was not near Tosu station, need to take a cab. The room decor looked dated but was spacious with a huge double bed. I think it was still value for money though.

最寄のJR鳥栖駅からは少し距離がある。ホテル近所にコンビニはあるが、飲食店はほぼない。 お部屋は古さを感じるが、清潔で広め。ユニットバスタイプだが、バスタブが広くゆっくり足を伸ばして使えた。

They run this hotel like a low cost airline, everything is chargeable. There’s no bottle water for guest which only stay for one night. If you want extra towel they’ll charge you. If you want late check out even just for one hour they’ll charge you. Breakfast if the worst I’ve seen in Japan with very limited options and taste was below average. All in all, there’s no chance I’m coming back again

朝食はもうちょっと工夫してほしいですね。

エレベーターも２つ有り アメニティも充実 スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 また機会があれば利用しようと思います。

エアコンはセントラルで暑くても暖房の時は耐えるしかなくコンセントが少なすぎて困った。２人の携帯充電の為に冷蔵庫のコンセントを外した 周りに何の店もなく買い物も困った

이불이 먼지가 너무 많이 나네요

建物は少し古いですが、清掃が行き届いておりスタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。

バイクで行きましたが屋根のある場所を指定いただき助かりました
