Staff was so nice and helpful

Well kept, walking distance was minimal.

Typical business hotel.

While some japan hotels do not provide water, this hotel provided 2 water bottles for guests. Stayed 1 night in a bunk bed room, and the bed was quite soft. Room is small and can open up 1 luggage at each time. Toilet amenities are good, they use DHC brand, which is a well-known brand among ladies.

We chose this place as it was close to the airport for an early morning flight the day after. The place had paper thin walls as you can hear the TV from next door and the music from downstairs. The bed was uncomfortable and lights coming through the windows. Needless to say that I didn't have much sleep at all. The check in/out process was quick and easy. The place was rundown and in need of an update.

個々で部屋の温度調節が出来ない為、不快であった。 浴室内の照明が暗く、髭剃りがしずらかった。

部屋もせまくきれいではない。繫忙期なので料金も高かったです。設備もなにもなく…

駐車場が遠い

最近は人が対応しないフロントも増えてきたなか、ちゃんとフロントに人がいたのと、簡素ながらも必要な対応はしてくれた。部屋が禁煙室なのに、なんとなくにおったのだけ少し残念でしたが、それ以外は、まったく問題ないです。

空調改善はしてほしい

三原城が近くにあり港も近く歴史好きの観光には最高です。

三原駅の目の前です

滞在した日は非常に寒く、ホテル一括調整で行っているので暖房のエヤコンは無いと！寒い方はモーフを貸出ますと！ 今後は利用しません。

アメニティをある事を伝えるとと標記する事で相手が分かりやすくする事をオススメします。

汚い。狭いしアメニティも絞りすぎ

部屋にも機能が豊富で値段も良かったです。。

浴槽の掃除に問題がありましたら。

箸やスプーン、が欲しかったがフロントには無く、コンビニまで買いに行くのが大変だった。

たまたまだと思いますがエアコンの効きが悪かったです。
