I and my girlfriend were very happy with the size of the room because it was larger than other hotel rooms we have stayed elsewhere in Kamata.
Most impressive was the constantly available hot water and very decently sized fridge.
Two points which we would criticize on is the bed size for 2 people is very small and a duvet with changeable cover would be very much preferable.

If you ever stay in Japan hotels especially anywhere near tokyo, they are small but all nice. This was the largest hotel room I have ever been in here in Japan and was clean with good service. The location was good and close to the train station, with a wonderful view of the main street..

It is a bit of an older hotel but it’s in the middle of everything. Affordable and only problem I had was there was so much to do in one area. There are tons of malls in the area it’s so densely packed. I did accidentally book a smoker room. But it was good and an uneventful stay on for good part

the staff we very nice and attentive. the room itself is a small space but enough room for a single person to move around in. the bathroom was small and cramped so it will be tough for a tall person. the water needed to be warmed up before taking a shower. the air and heater worked very well

The room was extremely small which was expected but it was very dirty. The floors had multiple dirt stains, under the bed was extremely dusty, even after we asked the room to be made. There was still hair from our previous nights which shows they don't clean or sweep the floors. Otherwise its fine. The bed sucks but what do you expect. Pro is that its really close to kawasaki station and the plaza, as well as many restaurants and convenience stores.
