Very spacious room, especially since most hotels in Japan are usually only big enough for a bed. Good space for 4 people, and the tiny kitchen was useful. The location was right next to a station, which was 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. There is a REALLY good bakery right around the corner from here that opens at 10am. Absolutely must go there if you stay here. The only cons are that we couldn't get the wifi to work, and the chairs on the dining table were super wobbly and we were worried about breaking them. Also the overhead lights made it feel like a doctors office, so we just used the lamps. I think they should install one more lamp in here to make it cozier.

Very basic accommodation. We had to go to the grocery store and buy toilet paper on the first day because they didn’t stock any. Then we noticed the TV didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager and told them about the TV and they kept asking us to send them a picture of the TV, but you can’t send pictures through the Expedia app which I explained to them. They said they would send a repair man for the TV but never did. Ceiling fans were full of dust. They gave us (2 guests) 4 bath towels for a 4 night stay, not ideal. That’s the bad about the stay. The good is that it’s 2 decent size beds and close to the train station. In sum, the property manager was not great to deal with, but the place is in a good spot if you’re looking for an average place to stay at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We paid for the appartment but never got the code to the door. Tried to contact them but the number was not in use. No other email or contactinformation available. Finally, we went to the appartment and waited for two hours but there was no one there. Another telephonenumber on the door, but this only goes to an automatic answer machine in japanese. Had to fine a new place, never heard back from them but paid for there nights an was abviosly never inside. Horrible experience with two kids and a lot of baggage.
