Good basic accommodations, 5 minutes walk from the train station

In general the hotel is nice. Nice interior. Seem no hook for my bath towel in the bathroom. Overall the staff are nice and helpful. Close walk to Hiroshima JR station.

Good location (transport and shops very close), friendly staff, convenient laundry. Rooms could be a little cleaner (particularly the carpets)

Room stank and floor was grubby. Rooms are tiny. Great location to the station though. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great location 5 minutes walk to hiroshima station

Extremely handy to Hiroshima Station (and the stadium, if looking for that). I walked into the city centre daily to meet up with friends daily and it was an easy 25 minute walk. The room was reasonably equipped (tiny by North American standards, but average for Japan). The carpeting was tired and stained, but the bedding was fine. Breakfast was ... basic. Moderately better than the "coffee and bread" advertised in the elevator, but that baseline left little room for disappointment. Made for a reasonable snack on the way to breakfast. ;) The photos with food on a patio are utterly misleading as there is no bar/food source attached to the hotel.

Great location, clean hotel and friendly staff

I know hotels in Japan can be very tiny. This one was no exception, but overall was a mediocre experience. The amenities were weak, room was very small with no area to open a bag let alone two. Available outlets were not conveniently located and there was no desk space to work on. There was a small table and one chair. That was a little helpful. What was most disappointing was the condition of the carpets. Stained and frankly quite disgusting. Thank goodness for slippers. Price was definitely not indicative of the quality of property. Bread and coffee and juices offered in the morning complimentary.

Great location and service! The location is very convenient, both Hiroshima Station and Mazda Stadium are within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and polite. The only minor issue was that I couldn't seem to find a water dispenser lol. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would give it 5 stars!

Small but efficient room, with laundry

Very close to the main station, free continental breakfast, polite and kind staff, modern facilities, reasonably priced. Stored our luggage on the last day for us while we adventured after check out. Very happy. Check in and out was very quick.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to travel throughout Hiroshima and to other cities as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby—everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels fairly new and is very well maintained. One highlight for me was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable stay. In the mornings, the hotel also offers complimentary coffee, juices, and light pastries in the lobby—a thoughtful touch, even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Kiyota and Nagayama, who went above and beyond to assist me with navigating a Japanese website I was struggling with. They gave me their full attention and were genuinely caring throughout. The hospitality that I received from them and the staff was by far the highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima.

ビジネス利用者です。 駅から近いし綺麗で良かった。 ノートpcで作業するには備え付けのテーブルが小さかった。 長い壁際のソファーはあれほど必要なくてそこでなんとかならないかと感じました。 また利用したいです。

Spotless rooms, nice shower and bathroom. Coin laundry available. Breads and coffee available free for breakfast. Close to station. Nice staff.

ちょっとした荷物や衣類を置くことのできる机というか、棚みたいな物があるともっと良かった。 ただ、シンプルイズベスト！無駄がなくとても居心地は良かったです
