Nippombashi is amazing! Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Osaka. It's right next to an arcade and some shops. The staff are extremely friendly and there are a lot of amenities (Free miso soup!!!). I loved it. Cannot recommend enough

Very clean, simple check in. We got in very late and they were accommodating. It was very easy to get to from the airport. Don't use Apple maps. We initially went to the wrong location but google maps was correct. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Namba station which has an express train to and from the Kansai airport.

We did not like that the rooms were very small and the water shower water would not stay consistently hot/warm and periodically get extreme cold, as we were here during later December. We did enjoy that extra hotel amenities were set out in the lobby for easy access and also the fact the there is a miso soup, hot/cold coffee, tea and water dispenser in the lobby which is kept clean and is comfortable. All Staff was great and the front desk agents are very friendly.

Wont let you check in early, very dark room with window facing a wall of the next building, claims there would be breakfast but no breakfast served, bery hard beds that only came with 2 pillows, rooms were very small..would highly recomend looking for somewhere else.. staff was friendly however.

It's easy to commute, convenient since only 10-15mins walk from namba city. Great location if you r anime fans. But sometimes at night there's occasionally engine noise from street racer.

We had a very hard time looking for the loc of this hotel, as in, nightmare! and upon checking in, the staff in charge doesnt speak English, at all.. really had the most difficult time communicating with them. Room wise, its spacious compared to our first hotel, and w free amenities. Cleanliness is 3/5.

We loved our stay here. We stayed for almost a week while traveling and visiting Osaka. The staff was very friendly and accommodated is very well. The room was perfect, cozy, and comfy. The location is also amazing. Walking distance to all the big “tourist” stuff — Dotombori, Shinsekai, ect. and 7-13 minute walk to two train stations to get you anywhere else you want to go. We loved our stay here!

I stayed at other five hotels at different places in Japan, staff are very friendly and helpful, went extra miles to serve the customers. Unbelievable a hotel without toilet seat warmer especially it is considered a MUST during winter season. Found the lobby toilet got warmer but not the room one. Staff not really able to communicate in English. Staff able to communicate in Chinese in day shift and Japanese in night shirt. Quite a distance with subway station and it is located in the area of Denden Town (famous for electronic item and Japanese anime/ manga). Walk 5-10mins to Namba city mall which has quite a number of restaurants.
