It was mostly quiet but it livened up at the end. There are many events held at Omotenashi Lab and one of them was loud until 8:30 PM, which just happened to work out perfectly for when I want to go to bed. I enjoyed the surrounding area, but there wasn't a lot of people my age, 27, so there wasn't much of a night life. The staff was friendly, but I wish they would have taken more interest in me. It seemed like I was just a tenet and not a guest in that respect, closer to a hotel patron than a guest at a guest house.
I would probably book here again because I like the quite, the local library, and I didn't explore Sakura City quite enough. I also enjoyed the bottom bunk which had space for me to unpack and had a curtain for privacy and a lamp. That was a nice touch. Shampoo and body wash was included and shavers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, even combs.
The wifi seemed to be pretty fast too so that was a plus.

The staff is polite. Aside from being accommodating, they don't seem to take much interest in the guests. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but a few questions about why I am in Japan didn't even happen. Some people might like that the hosts aren't very inquisitive, but I would have appreciated more interest from them. During my stay, it was mostly quiet, but then there was a night where quite a few guests arrived and we all had dinner at the same time in the living room and had fun chatting.

沒有提供拖鞋，沒有洗衣機或烘衣機，在相對寒冷的千葉，衣服是比較難天然曬乾的，房間有開暖爐，早餐有提供白土司，但是過期兩天了，茶葉過期幾週，不建議食用。如果是想參加佐倉秋祭，這個旅館的位置極佳。

立地、サービス内容、宿泊費を総合的に考慮し、評価するべきと思いますが、90点というところでしょうか。10点減点理由は、折角施設近くにバス停があるのだから施設ガイドにその旨および同施設が登り勾配の先に位置していることも併せて掲載してあったらよかったと思います。また有料でも良いのでデｲスポのスリッパがあれば良かったと思います。

京成佐倉駅からだいたい徒歩１０分ほど。木のぬくもりを感じられる内装で、部屋の真ん中にはハンモックがあるなど、非常に落ち着けました。また、オーナーさんもフレンドリーな方で、もしまた機会があればぜひ泊まりたいな、と思います。

佐倉マラソンの宿として利用しました。

ドミトリー（相部屋2段ベッド）なのに，ベッドも共有スペースも空間がゆったりしているので快適でした。私には，ビジネスホテルの個室よりこちらの方が寛げます。静かで美しい町並みの中にあるロケーションも最高です。若い人向けだとは思いますけど，内装が落ち着いているので，わかって使うなら年配の人にもいいのではないかと思います。このコメントの筆者も「年配」の世代です。

今次去日本主要係睇live，會場喺千葉幕張。搵搵下發現左呢間野，又平又近會場，就決定入住。呢間野係一人一張碌架床，拉埋廉就係你私人空間，有客廳有雪櫃有沖涼房，基本野都有，係毛巾要自己帶囉。成田機場搭半個鐘京成電鐵喺京成佐倉落，再十分鐘內可以行到，出入算係幾方便。而且咁啱我住嗰幾日係佐倉秋祭，夜晚非常熱鬧，好難得嘅體驗。
