I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and brought my luggage for the hotel to hold prior to check in. I was in the lobby about one hour prior to check in and the staff came over and said that my rooms were ready, I so appreciated it! Breakfast buffet is excellent, worth the cost and has so many Japanese dishes to enjoy as well as pancakes, cereal, pastries. I had forgotten my plug adapter and the staff gave a suggestion on where to buy it. Room was nice and well stocked (slippers, tea/coffee, comb, toothbrush/toothpaste).They had bath small towel, razors in the lobby. Would stay here again!

Convenient location and clean hotel. We forgot our clothes in Osaka and the concierge, Eri Honda, helped us arrange for it to be delivered to Fukuoka quickly. She calmed our Osaka hotel took care of everything, and we just picked it up from reception when it arrived!

Room is small but very clean and quiet. Breakfast is good and opens at 7am (I wish it could open at 6:30am :))5mins walk to Hakata station where big shopping malls and restaurants locate. Very convenient.

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Includes a small refrigerator. The shower area was great with a rainhead fixture. The hotel is very close to Hakata station and bus stops. Nearby was a 7-11, cafes, and ramen shops. Great value.

Staff are friendly but the 1st impression when walk in to our room, was bad.
Carpet are dirty with stain, dressing table with hair and dusty, shower area was slippery on our 1st shower, hair dryer was with 1 thick layer of dusk on the netting, water container for coffee machine cracked. The kettle is really old and not been clean for a long time

위치좋고. 조용하고. 편의점 가깝고. 하카타역 가깝고.
호텔 시설 깔끔하고. 주변이 상대적으로 조용함.
But,
주차직원의 안내가 없어서 외부에 주차하기도 했고.
주차 직원과의 의사소통이 조금 불편했고.
타 지역에서는 변덕스러운 날씨로인해 우산을 준비해주던데, 이에비해 우산같은 작은 소품들이 없는것이 살짝 아쉬웠음.
