Unbeatable experience for the price. Dreamy location overlooking the cliffs and coast. Exceptional staff - hospitable, warm, and helpful. Onsens were well maintained, but book the room with the in-suite onsen if possible - the view alone is worth it.

昨年末と今回2度目の宿泊です。客室は古さはいなめませんが、ちゃんとお掃除はされていて心地よく過ごすことができます。何よりスタッフの皆様のホスピタリティーと、お夕食、朝食のお料理は地元食材を最大限に生かした心のこもったお料理で大満足します。パブリックスペースも充実しているので、ラウンジなどでゆっくりする時間も非日常です。昨年滞在時夕日を見ることができずだったので、今回リベンジでしたが、なんと前後はいいお天気だったにもかかわらず、雨女の私の滞在時にはあいにくのお天気でなんとも残念でした。西伊豆の夕日はまたの楽しみにいたしたいと思います。

一部（大浴場の内装とか屋上外壁とかお部屋のベランダとか）直しきれていないところはありますが、共用部分やお部屋はとても素敵で、従業員の方の対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。
（2食付にしましたが）お部屋ではない個室でゆっくり食べられましたし、
何より、珍しい（出回らない）お魚のお造りだったりが

絶景のホテルでした。また、スタッフの方の対応、夕食、朝食ともに、大変美味しかったです。ラウンジのコーヒーも、ところてんも美味！小規模のホテルなので、サービスが行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。今回は夕日が残念ながら見ることできなかったのでリベンジに参ります。

From the momey we checked in, the staff was dedicated to giving us an amazing experience.
Our room and the private Onsen we used, were top are top notch, ant the menu which was served here was nothing short of amazing.
