The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

Hotel looks very cool from outside, the lobby and elevators. Rooms are smaller for parties larger than 2. Beds are not very comfortable.

The location was perfect. If you’re a hot sleeper, just be aware that the room ac gets warm in the wee hours of the morning despite the settings that I had selected.

Best Hotel for our stay. Family friendly. Yuka Tanino is the best employee. Very kind and helpful. My kids wanted to stay here one more night just because of her. All the staff in general was very helpful. Loved our stay and definitely coming back

Great check-in as we came around 9am and the staff held the luggage and brought it to the room (while we were at the park). Small gym. Laundry is super convenient. So many options for food. And best of all; a one-minute walk from the park at the end of the day when your feet asked exhausted.

Hotel was located literally steps away from Universal Studios Japan. It was great having a Lawsons in hotel as well.

Property rooms need to be overhauled. Very convenient to universal but definitely not a nice hotel as far as rooms and amenities

We had a fantastic stay at The Park Front Hotel at Universal. The location simply can’t be beaten—it’s literally just steps from Universal Studios Japan, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting the park. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and its location within Universal City made it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby, and the hotel is almost door-to-door with the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of Osaka and nearby attractions. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and incredibly helpful. In particular, when we wanted to make the most of our final day, they assisted us with purchasing Twilight Tickets for Universal Studios Japan, allowing us to enjoy some extra time in the park before we left. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection and was an excellent way to start each day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Park Front Hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort and easy access to Universal Studios Japan.

Very accommodating, helpful, and superb service

Hotel and view and location were amazing - but although we put the children's ages into Expedia on booking (11&13) the hotel told us since the children were over two years old that we needed a different room. They didn't have any rooms for four adults available. So they added an extra bed to a room and charged us $125 extra per night. Just FYI, if your kids are over age 2 they're considered adults. Otherwise hotel was awesome!

We stayed here for four nights three adults and two children in two rooms and really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent stay at The Park Front Hotel! The location is unbeatable. It is just a stone’s throw from Universal Studios Japan, making it super convenient for families and theme park visitors. The hotel amenities were great, and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores right below the hotel in Universal City. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and highly recommended for anyone visiting USJ.
