Hôtel Lixus Beach Resort

It was fine, comfortable and enjoying. The only thing that annoyed me is that they didn't respect the price provided by the hotels.com without any reason. But i stuck into my travel reservation and they accpeted it finally with 15 euros more after i called the manager.

Staff not professional

The only thing that can deserve a star in this place is the view of the sea, as it is located on all coasts. The place is not organized in terms of dealing and satisfying customers, the first of which is the manager who deals with arrogance and lack of customer service, so you find him crowding with customers in the restaurant to eat instead of making sure of their satisfaction. The food is poor and tasteless, more than that there is a Shortage of mineral water.. I drove for half an hour to get some water! Someone who calls himself Yusuf at the bar . I asked him if I could have 5 small bottles of water. His answer was rude: How much are you!!!! The next day I asked him if I could have a cup of coffee, he replied that the coffee machine was out-of-service, unbelievable!!!! They always make you feel that you are not welcomed to this place! the entertainment team not knowledgeable I don’t recommend this place to anyone !

Good property but problems with the staff

Nice property. Needs availability of snacks when restaurant is closed, especially that the nearest store is 20 minutes drive

Worst hotel experience i have ever had...had to leave after 4 days because the hotel did not provide basic room cleaning services, not even clean towels or toiletries, avoid at all costs.

Bad services. Dirty room. They demanded more money. I feel really disgusted

Our stay was horrible. We had to change the room for 3 times for air conditioning. The restaurant area is not clean and the food not good at all.

Nothing is good about this hotel. Very long list of bad things happened. Waste of money and time

Worst experience ever. Horrible hotel. Not enough food and drinks. You have to wait 30 min for your turn to get something to eat. No glasses or silverware. No coffee or tea glasses. Bad management. No organization. Barely any entertainment. You can hear everyone complaining left and right. Extremely unhappy with this hotel and would never come back. We booked 6 rooms and everyone of us feel the same way

don't even think to book in other place. this is the best place. including full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner). good staff, quiet place, nice beach, big room. Thanks msr. Saeeda.

This resort is in a beautiful location. With some attention to detail it could be an excellent resort.

We were looking for a beach town along the northern Morocco coast for our vacation. Hotel Lixus came up on searches so we figured we would try it out. First of all the resort was incredibly difficult to find. We tried calling the hotel for directions but the number they emailed us in the confirmation email was out of service. We arrived while their buffet was closed and the restaurant does not serve a regular menu. Fortunately they were nice enough to bring us some food at the bar. The resort was oddly deserted despite Hotels.com saying they were close to 100% booked. After touring the grounds we realized that the hotel was only half finished. We found hallways and rooms covered in dust and construction materials. This area was not roped off to visitors and could be potentially dangerous. However, our room was in impeccable shape and we enjoyed it very much. One other issue we had was that the internet was broken and the front desk was unable to fix it until the next morning. Also the people at the front desk do not speak fluent English. So when we had them call us a taxi to the train station they were unable to tell the taxi driver where we were going. We ended up in downtown Larache instead of the train station and missed our train.

Le petit déjeuner qui devrait être un de plaisir pour bien commencer une journée de travail était décevant. Personnel arrivé une demi-heure en retard et à 08:15, rien n’était prêt. Aucune mesure d’hygiène: le monsieur censé préparer une omelette était énervé d’avance a oublié de mettre sa tenue de travail, très peu de chose et mauvaise qualité, on mange mieux dans un souk. Franchement, très loin de ce que cet hôtel prétend! Quel dommage !

Un sejour agréable, une equipe d'animation très cool à l'écoute et serviables, Nos enfants ont adoré le kids club Big up a équipe d'animation simo et marwa et toutes lequipe d'animation,
