A basic guesthouse on 5 floors with no lift. In a good location for shops and restaurants etc. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The free tea, coffee and water was good as was the WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food within short walking distance. Clean and well maintained. The simple breakfast is not worth the extra amount the guest has to pay. There is no elevator. Guest has to carry luggages up the stairs.

Good WiFi and comfortable room in center of town. Great deal for the price.

It’s a nice place, centrally located, and locally run. The rooms are clean, and cozy. The staff are very nice, and the tour services are good. I would stay there again upon returning to Vientiane.

The location is central and the staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms have decent space and are very clean. there is no wadrobe for clothes though. All the landmarks are 10 mins walking distance which is a bonus. Overall a comfortable stay.

Situated in a very walkable area. We got laundry done at a reasonable price and it was done quickly. We paid extra for breakfast ($3, I think) but I wouldn’t do that again because the breakfast was very simple (various styles of eggs and bread or toasted baguette) and there are lots a cafes nearby with better breakfasts for slightly higher price. They have copies of Laos tour guides (i.e. lonely planet) available for use on the main floor, which was nice.

A little more upscale than your standard Vientiane guesthouse. It's also a little more pricey. The rooms are a bit larger and the bed is a bit nicer and bigger. They have free all-day coffee and water service in the lobby. The wifi was probably the best I've ever had in Vientiane. Overall, a nice step up from a standard Vientiane guesthouse.

Great location, near Namphou Park and the Mekong River. Lots of options for food and drinks or shopping of neccessities near by. No elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. Friendly staff, that fairly understands English. The boss speaks good English, though. Any bigger requests should be addressed to him. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and big enough to stay for a good night sleep. A/C and Wifi are working well. If you are looking for a good value, not too expensive place to stay for a couple of days and plan to be out exploring all day, I can definetly recommend.

I was disappointed by this hotel. I have stayed in several hotels in Vientiane the past few years during vacations in the area and the others are much better value for the price. This hotel room was tiny and cramped, the shower too small and the shower/bathroom had no exhaust fan so it became a hot sweaty sauna. Tiny ants crawled over the tissue box near the bed. Finally, there is no elevator in this five story building. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Stayed here for one night. Very clean room, good wifi, computers for guests to use in the lobby. Very close to various restaurants and a small plaza where they had live music at night. We'd recommend it.

Staff really tries to help me and give me practical information, regarding all aspects of my travel. The room is very clean though my room does not have a real window, but with the friendly staff I would recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers.

The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the super-friendly staff, especially the two guys who are on duty at night. They were amazing in their willingness to accommodate our needs.

Amazing location for the price. Solid option if you don't want to go too pricey. Location was the best part.

This hotel is in a good location, and is very nice. It has 5 floors but no elevator. For some reason we got put on the 4th floor even though the hotel did not seem that busy - maybe something to do with using hotels.com. Suggest asking for a lower level room if available/possible. The service was pretty good though at times the English of the receptionist was not ideal. The service in other respects was quite good. Our room (for 2) was quite small .. like a efficiency where the bathoom is part of the (about) 10ftx10ft space. But the air conditioning and other amenities all worked well. This hotel is close to Nampho Park which has a nice fountain and a number of restaurants (though I did not have a good experience with one of them - Moonlight Lounge). Overall I was not as impressed as I had been led to believe with the restaurants in the area. Did not find any that were especially good (of course I had a stomach issue thru much of the time which might have colored my impressions).
