There was a party until two o'clock in the morning, the air conditioning did not work at all and they refuse to fix it and there were bugs everywhere inside the room

Before booking it says breakfast included, i called the hotel to confirm my booking they told me breakfast included but parking fee 600 000 lira. At the hotel during check in they told me breakfast not included.

This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

I got surprised while checking out of the hotel that the price of the night per night is 30% lower than the price I paid through expedia! and I wasn't compensated.
As well, the room was super small and the access to the block which where the room is very hard to reach, as there were too many restrictions about access.
