Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Only slight downsides were lack of handrails at top section of each flight of stairs (lifts were available), and bath side a bit high for older customers to climb over. But overall a really nice hotel.

I love where the hotel is located. It is near public transport and the employees working are very good. They made me welcome during my stay. The rooms are also well maintained and clean.

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a good location with a couple of malls nearby and the historic center and other sites are only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Best Western Vilnius is a good place to stay while visiting Vilnius.

Old property, renovated may be a while ago and you can feel it. Our room lacked fresh air even with Two Windows partially opened.

1) No Room service! Terrible!
2) Very poor quality of housekeeping
3) No spa, health club, swimming, or jacuzzi. Zero. They claimed the health club was 'under repair.' Unacceptable!
4) The front lounge has ugly and greasy sofas.
5) No tour service desk; no concierge
6) No garden to walk in.
7) The property is old
8) The shower area has no slip resistance flooring
9) The shower area has no grab bars, no place to keep soap!
10) Rooms were small. Not enough space to keep luggage.
11) Very poor restaurant service.
The only good part was that Reception was helpful to some extent. Also, the breakfast was good.

nice people and hotel. However, the gym is in very poor condition. one threadmill and one bike, both in very poor condition and free weights, just a couple of 4 and 5 kilos.
