Very small tv screen and no international channels and no electrice kettle in the room ( very poor room ) bathroom not clean and old ...the receiption and the lobby area was very cold same the street and there is not heating inside for waiting the room check in and the check in policy is very bad ,,I must wait till 15:00 to checking in..I sent them emails to asking about information they didn't respond or answer ...it is bad experience in it and I don't recommended at all there are many hotels same price and better than this place

The room was small and outdated. The bathroom was tiny and moldy. The soundproofing was nonexistent; you could hear conversations in the next room. To its credit, the bed linens were clean, and the breakfast was good.

Room was ok, very hot, no AC. Dirty under the bed, not been cleaned underneath for months. Getting your breakfast is even harder, having to fight for a spot in line with bus loads of tourists for what can be called scraps, wait 10 minutes in line to get a coffee because the bus load of tourists are filling their thermoses for the trip. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Booked the Panorama as close to the railway station. Very disappointing, tiny dated rooms and en-suite, no wardrobe space or room for suitcases, no ac, construction site outside the window, breakfasts very poor, staff sullen. Nothing much to like about this place. Maybe ok if you’re staying for a few days and only have a small rucksack. If you’re travelling and have large bags no space. Looks like a stopping off point for coach parties. Should have notified guests hotel is currently in the middle of a building site. Location next to station good for travel but park between station and hotel very run down with hypodermic needles lying about on the pavement. Avoid at all costs.

Good thing about this hotel is the location,it's very close to the bus station and the train station.
Our room was very small and extremely hot,with no air conditioning. On a second day of our stay we found a table fan which was hidden behind the curtain. That helped a bit with the heat. Shower did have hot water only sometimes.
Breakfast was fine.
Front of house staff was not friendly or helpful.
