1St day can't sleep well as it was noisy with people talking loudly outside my room from 11 pm to 3am. Toilet bowl yellowish and dirty. Bed mattress spring cause uncomfort sleep. Should improve better even though it 's just a budget hotel for you to rest. Will never come back to this hotel.

Hotel is clean, but I think service is not. Because a receptions is not friendly. The room is small, not have elevator and reception was not help to get baggage. My mom is 60 year old must to do with 4 floors. I book this hotel beaucaus it near the airport. And reception said 50 Rm. But on morning of next day, another reception said just 7RM. I feel frist reception is take advantage me. The is the bad experience in penang.

Khách sạn gần sân bay nhưng hơi cũ, đặc biệt tiếng thi công sửa chữa đinh tai nhức óc. Sửa chữa và trùng tu khách sạn là điều nên làm nhưng chỉ nên diễn ra lúc khác sạn vắng khách đầu tuần chứ không phải cuối tuần.

A small hotel located about 12 minutes away from the Penang International airport. The room I was in was small although fairly clean. The reception at the front desk was okay. The night duty person was quite helpful. Rooms are located on the upper floors so be prepared to walk up. Not many food stalls open late at night -expected cause it is the pandemic state. On the whole, it is a convenient small hotel very close to the airport.

Front Office Assistant are not good, and not friendly or greeting customers.. Even though this is budget hotels, but nothing wrong if greeting your customers. Booked Room for 2 pax, but only get 1 Access Card. Front liner said customer only can get 1 access only. So difficult when my friend and I going out in different time.

The hotel does not provide 2 bottles of mineral free as other hotels exist. No sympathetic package package. Normal price is not worth it.

No lift to go up to our room. It is not comfortable for the old man or old lady. Nobody helps us to bring our things. If you want iron your cloths you have to down stair. The pillow is not enough and dirty place under the queen bed. The room so small and is not suitable for family. Very tired to stay at DR Hotel.
