I'm sorry, during my stay, the staff was not friendly and not comfortable, and I had the chance to add a day to extend my stay, but I had to pay another 50RM, even though I had booked from the app and had already paid. and they were not very helpful either, if I needed help, while I was staying at another place, adding a day to stay at the same hotel was never charged an additional fee, I was a bit disappointed......
