As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.
Accommodation charges MYR 30.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:30.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
The Guest need to pay a deposit at MYR200 per stay & Children from 0 yrs - 11 yrs chargeable of RM20 per room per night inclusive of breakfast.
FACILITIES
- Swimming pool operation hours is only from 8am - 6pm.
- Children below the age of 12yrs and Senior Citizen is not allowed.
- Sauna & Steam room is temporarily close.
- Strictly only swimming attire is allowed.
Guests must show complete vaccination certificate (14 days after second dose) when entering Hotel.
Adults that have completed vaccination are allowed to bring kids age of 17 years & below.
You may be denied check-in to the property due to high body temperature or contagious disease.
Moty Hotel will undergo air-conditioning maintenance in the lobby, restaurant, and corridors for about two weeks starting 19 October 2026. Minor noise and inconvenience may occur. We apologize for the disturbance and appreciate your patience as we upgrade our facilities.
