Please switch coway or cuckoo water filters. The old water coatings are already old, please provide coffee like 2 years ago. The room was not packed even though we stayed 4 days there, the room was spacious and close to the facility so I chose this hotel.

Good hygiene. Aircond just nice. For Muslims to get a prayer at the counter, extra pillows are free. We take triple deluxe. Cheap and just nice for a budget hotel. Standard TV does not have Astro and others.

The hotel is comfortable and spaces. But lacking facilities such as lift. It is difficult for those who have knees problem to climb up. Overall it was a good stay even though only for one day. Oh yes the staffs are friendly too.

Not bad to stay, but 2 things not good is air cond very weak, and no lift. We stay at level 3 and need to carry baby all the way up is really taxing

Did not help a 7 years old to get the hot water, the cable TV was horrible, the air-conditioned was bad and even the bed was bad.
