The hotel staff service is good and very friendly and check in time is very fast without any fuss and offers us whether or not to be taken to the airport when we want to go home and it turns out that when we go home we are taken to the airport for free and the cleanliness of the hotel is clean and the food order service in the room is also very good and very friendly and the order does not take long for the food to be delivered to the room and the breakfast is also a lot of delicious food that I like the most is the bakpia is very delicious there are meat flavors, green beans and kaya flavors are very delicious and the staff serves us to eat in a friendly manner so we are not afraid to take food next time I want to stay at the Raia Hotel again. Thank you.

My room was quite hot. The air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted because it was set and locked by the hotel. So it was quite hot and not very comfortable to sleep. Everything else was okay.

The hotel was clean, friendly, and offered affordable pricing. Front Office staff member Mr. Zaki was particularly helpful. The hotel also assisted me in locating and safeguarding my belongings after check-out, thanks to Ms. Zarah, Reservations. Once again, thank you very much. I will definitely stay here again.
