The floor is sticky, there are no tissues, there isn't even a small spoon for tea, coffee, the toilet smells, there are even cockroaches, this is the worst omg! The hot water for a short shower is already cold, when it's a turn for two of you, the second person showers, the water is already cold. Can't ask for extra blankets or extra towels, the reason is that the staff has gone home and already locked the warehouse, even though it's only 9pm, and why do they have to be locked, just blankets and towels, the room smells musty, there is a strange smell, I sprayed perfume but the room still doesn't go away bad smell, poor air circulation, not worth it!

The floor was sticky. Room was not clean. Heater was not functioning in the washroom. I was expecting a decent service as it is quite close to the KLCC area, but no. I hope the hotel can improve the services for the amount they are charging.

Spacious clean. With ironing board and iron. Really unexpected for this budget hotel. Everything was good except for the bedsheet and blanket, I get itches from them. Other than that this is a great budget business hotel.

first, staff was rude. there is one guy wearing spectacle and have a smelly odours. he's the one! I don't know if he really knows the attitude of being a hotelier! second the room 211 was horrible! there is pee stain at the toilet bowl when I first entered the room. there is lots of ants inside the room and their linen was totally dirty and dusty! I ask them to change the bedsheet and duvet cover and lastly they change my room to 212. thank God its more better. if you try to sell under maintenance room to me, you're totally wrong,man! I am an ex hotelier! I know shit! don't easily judge that this hotel was good because of their are rated 8/10. different guest different experience.

Price is superbly reasonable for double bed spacious room. Room is clean and rain shower with no water pressure problem. WiFi is 24h. This is awesome value deal. I always recommend people to come here and stay.

The location is strategic, near Ampang point mall, and easy to find restaurant around. The room is so clean and comfy. The hotel also provides a dispenser in every floor and microwave in kitchen (near lobby) so it is easy to refill water and warm up our food. The room price is worthy. But the hotel doesn't provide any toiletries (except soap and towel) so better prepare by ourselves.
