Very nice bathroom & spacious room with breath taking view

Checking in/out was a breeze. Friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to City Square Mall & Komtar. Various eateries also nearby. Room was spacious & clean. Worth it!

Spacious and clean room. This hotel is located in the center of Johor city and close to JB Sentral for train or bus.

The room was huge and at the price was really very worth it. Air con was cold and very comfortable to stay in. Very convenient and near to CIQ just have to pass through the shopping malls.

When I check in there is leaking on the kitchen washer and already inform him, but when I came to the room the leaking more than I saw before. And when I request for early breakfast (snack box like croissant and coffee) at 5 am since I have to leave the hotel early in the morning to airport, your staff say can't because our restaurant open at 6.30 am. Hello … that 's why we request to have breakfast box. We know your restaurant open for breakfast time. Well from my previous hotel I stayed, if we requested early they will prepare this. Hopefully next time your Hotel will be better for the services guests inquiry. Since our room is already included with breakfast and we paid the package room. Thanks.

Upon check-in I requested for late check-out on a Friday and the staff who did my registration has kindly acceded to 1pm. Thought this has put in the system but I was disturbed by a note and calls from front desk on that Friday that I have to leave the room by 12.15pm which I of course am not prepared. This is so wrong. I don't stay in hotels for the first time and certainly not my first time with the hotel. If a promise has been given then just abide by it. Even if the hotel is running full, you can't possibly take back your word. It 's so unethical of the hotel and am terribly disappointed. Otherwise, overall it could have been a pleasant stay if not for the “late check-out” issue.

Book for executive king suite. However get twin bedroom with all package for executive king suite not available. Have to ask for the executive include package. They said locked one room only left one bedroom as same as executive king suite. I booked based on room description and photo. Not expected to get different from what I have paid

nice hotel, rooms are as per the picture's expectations. strategic location on the main road. in the dpn there are 2 big jbcc malls so if you go to singapore more near. good view in mlm day. recommended for staying there for those who want to go to singapore

Stay was awesome as usual but agent booking was not in Suasana suites' system causing a very long delay in getting the room. Please ensure agent and Suasana suites worked together to avoid a messed up booking.

The facilities are near the activity center, the rooms are very spacious, the equipment in the room is very complete (there is an electric stove, microwave), There is a swimming pool for children, good service.

Modern, clean, comfortable, feels like home. Walking did not reach 5 minutes and arrived at Komtar and City Square. Very recommended.

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. each room has a kitchen, dining table, sofa, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses, and so on. the fridge is big. Rooms with 1 room also have daput and others. The twin bed is 1m if the stay is 4 messages is the room with 2 rooms, can enter 4 people. And there's a long sofa on you. There are also 3 rooms. Make 6 breakfast people not like other buffet hotels. But order and choose from 4 kinds of menus. plus coffee tea, bread, fruit available. 4 kinds of menus are all delicious. in the hotel there is a swimming pool. The rooms are very okay, satisfied to stay here especially for those who carry a family, the design of the room is minimalist. Close to Komtar and City Square. Just a walk from the side of the hotel. Located next to the hotel Amari, there is no large lobby. Only a small counter for 1 front desk clerk if you want late check-out, up to 3pm plus 20m. Will stay here again if in Johor.

Perfect for family vacation! I have booked three rooms apartment which suit well with my big family, very satisfied with the room condition and services. Definitely will be back to stay here for next holiday.
