Strategically Located Hotel in the City Center. This hotel is close to Penang's street food hub. Just walk 30 meters outside the hotel and you'll find Macalister Street and New Line Night Street Food. The hotel is very strategically located near Komtar and the bus terminal. This hotel is truly the best. Ambiance/Facilities: Comfortable and well-equipped with a water dispenser. Food: Close to New Line Night Street Food. Staff Assistance: Very Friendly. Highlights: Conveniently located, with a convenient location. Price: Best Value. Location: Very strategically located near Komtar and the bus terminal.

Was here for a night, service was good requested for extra towel and another time requested for hair dryer, both request were handled in a fast manner. Spoken to one of the reception, and she was quite helpful in advising us on ways to go to Penang Mainland.

Located near Komtar and hawker street food, nice staff, easy access. The room was nice and clean. Still very enjoyed to stay even after renamed.

The room was quite spacious, as I had a studio. I'd recommend adding a hairdryer and amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The room was quite hot upon first opening, but the air conditioning cooled it down well. Room cleaning was done every three days. A free water dispenser was also provided in the lobby. The location is close to everything, including many culinary options, and is close to the market. The location is quiet and quiet, despite being close to the nightlife area.

Great stay in the studio room with a spacious and clean room. However, the Netflix was not working on the TV, so there was nothing to do in the room. Great location near the hawker center in the Lorong Baru area and other hawker centers.
