Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located in hotel district. Very limited parking, even with hotel not booked at capacity. Unable to take hot shower during evening. Water only luke warm. By am it was hot again. Elevator was not working. My room was on third floor. This could’ve been an issue had I had more limited mobility.

This property is overall very nice. My only real complaint was the quality of the internet. Very, very slow and sometimes non existent. If you plan on working on the computer while you are here, better to find a restaurant that has Wi Fi.

We picked Choice Hotels as we expected similar experiences to previous. No hot water over a 12 hour period, no available ice, and parking was on street and not secure at all.
One person on the desk. While staff was very friendly and helpful, they were unable to action anything as only 1 staff on.

There was remodeling in the entire hotel, early in the morning there was banging, drilling, hammering, etc. I was put in an old room, no hand towels, dirty mirror, dirty floor. I had to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another hotel close by.
