Hilton Cancun an All-Inclusive Resort

This Hotel is excellent , gourmet food, customer service is 20/10 . I will come back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! Pros: 1. Delicious & High-Quality Food – Great variety, fresh fruits (mango, guava, figs), and excellent dinner options. The café serves great coffee, sandwiches, salads (try the spinach and berry salad), and desserts like goat cheesecake. 2. Convenient App – Easy booking for dining and exploring facilities. 3. Spacious, Well-Maintained Rooms – Clean, comfortable, and well-designed. 4. Beautiful Resort Layout – Separate areas for adults and families, well-maintained pools and grounds. 5. Kids Club for Under 4s – Playground and play areas available with parental supervision. 6. Plenty of Space – Even during peak season, the beach and pools never felt overcrowded. Check-in/out was smooth, with no extra charges or deposits. Cons (Did Not Affect Our Experience): 1. Restaurant Booking Issues – Auma isn’t available via the app and must be booked through the concierge. 2. Some Noisy Rooms – Connecting rooms can be loud, but switching the room was easy. 3. Limited Uber Access – You can arrive by Uber but can’t request one from the hotel; Uber doesn’t operate from the airport. 4. Seaweed on the Beach – Cleaned daily but still noticeable. 5. Staff Could Be More Engaged – Helpful but could be friendlier.

Very beautiful resort 10/10 I want thank everyone from the bottom of my heart to the staff who helped me through out my stay, specially when I needed access to a wheelchair.
