Beautiful garden and unique decor features. Nice shared balcony. Capsule coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) actually makes tasty coffee! Minor problems: bathroom light poor for shaving, car exhaust sometimes wafts in from busy street in front. Gaps around door could mean room is drafty in winter...?

Our stay was perfect, we wish we would have stayed longer. The hotel is located literally one corner away from one of the main pedestrian roads in San Cristobal which is very convenient. Our family room with terrace room was spacious and awesome, split across 2 storeys and access to the roof. The kids simply loved it. The hotel is nicely and typically decorated and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Last but not least, the hotel staff was kind and extremely helpful in organizing our trips in and around San Cristobal.
