They tried to put us in another accomodation outside of the resort, above a night club. They said there was no booking for that room and that we should have called them to confirm the booking, however this is not needed. After waiting for 45 minutes they gave up and gave us the room we actually booked. When we came in the room, the maida were still cleaning it at 21.30, meaning the room was not even ready when the actual check in began at 12.00. I have never experienced such bad service, they tried this with another family as well, by telling them their room was outside of the residence. After 3 hours they finally got the room they booked as well. So be careful when booking this apartment, they will try to scam you.

Le premier soir de notre arrivée l'hotel nous demande de régler le prix de l'appartement car soit disant ils non pas reçu le règlement. donc le premier soir nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement réservé mais une chambre pour 3 personnes, ensuite j'ai demandé à ma mère de téléphoner à expédia, et elle a téléphoné une dizaine de fois (elle a autre chose à faire) on lui dit à chaque fois que c'est compliqué de joindre l'hotel, après les jours suivants tout est rentré dans l'ordre mais c'est anormal d'avoir eu ces problèmes. et de devoir se justifier !
