Hôtel Essalam Hana

Do not try to use Expedia or other online services to book your stay at this hotel. I used Expedia to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and paid for it at the time of booking. I arrived at the hotel and it looks like a ghost hotel. I saw couple of guys sitting at the entrance door and I spoke to them about my booking and showed my itinerary number and proof of booking but they didn’t give a single crap about it and kept saying we have no room available and we didn’t receive any money..you had been scammed. Mind you these guys were from the hotel not just some random dudes sitting outside the entrance doors . I was too tired to argue so I ended up taking a cab to another hotel “ Borj Al-Arab a very beautiful hotel with a beautiful cafe and restaurant on the bottom and within minutes I was able to get in my hotel room. Very polite and pleasant experience. And what’s even more interesting is that the junkie ghost hotel that scammed me and showed no interest to listen to me charged me more than this Borj Al-Arab hotel . I contacted Expedia regarding my complaint but they said they’ll try to contact the hotel and follow up 24-48 hrs later to confirm… this review is after the 48hrs review they were not able to talk to anyone from the hotel and basically told me they can’t do anything about my refund. Even though I’ve never had a bad experience using Expedia for all my flights and hotels but this time Expedia also gets ONE star for allowing this to happen!

Un passage d'une nuit. Un lit confortable. Un système de chauffage un peu bruyant. Dommage pas de petite dejeuner et peu dindication pour se rendre a l’hotel. Accueil sympathique meme si la reservation n'était pas arrivée. De plus il.nous a ete demandé de payer une nouvelle fois alors que payé sur le site d’Hotels.com. La proximité avec une voie principale et la mauvaise isolation ont généré une gêne au bruit tot le matin. La chambre était propre et pas de.probleme d’eau chaude.
